Britain's Got Talent winner Paul Potts has traded in his modest £60,000 home for a £450,000 mansion.

The opera singer's incredible rags to riches story has so far netted the 37-year-old a new set of teeth and a single that has hit the number one spot around the world, as well as a small fortune.

And now, 15 months after he emerged victorious from the ITV1 reality TV show, Paul has finally decided he can afford to upgrade his living arrangements.
Remaining true to his down-to-earth nature Paul has opted not to leave his hometown of Port Talbot in Wales.
