Ok, ok, ok... I know... I am a Paul Potts fan, so maybe it would sound strange if I didn't say so.

But, take a look at the numbers: it's been nº1 in 17 countries (UK, Hong Kong, Korea, Finland...) That means that it is the best album of the year.

I have 3 diferent copies of the album: the original UK version released on 2007; the double cd Christmast Edition imported from the US with a duet with the chinese female group ILUMINA of Time To Say Goodbye; and a chinese edition (it's the same as the UK one, the only difference is that includes a poster and the cover is all written in chinese : ). I even own the DVD Taking One Chance

What do I like most? I really don't know. Paul makes me shake inside in every single song. His voice really touches my soul.

Paul sings the best Schubert's Ave Maria that I ever heard before.

I am not an opera lover, and I don't really like Pavarotti (even if I know that Paul really loves him), but I think that Paul's Nessun Dorma is the best version I ever heard before.

His voice on Time To Say Goodbye makes me really fly and discover all those beautiful places he talks about in the song.

Cavatina: guitar and Paul's voice makes a perfect combination for a perfect nostalgic love song, really worthy of a love movie soundtrack.

On Music of the Night (one of my favourites), Paul feels every single word he sings (he does in every song, thou). That makes you fly away with him and forget about troubles of life.

And, what about Nella Fantasia? I really think that Morricone wrote his best Soundtrack and Chiara Ferrari did a wonderful job with the lyrics. Paul has made the best version I ever heard of this piece.

Oh Holy Night!!! Oh Holy voice!!! Every time I listen to this song my tears start to fall, becouse I can hear angels sing (Paul and the choir).

What else can I say? I listen to it at least twice a day. I just can't stop listening to Paul Potts One Chance. I think it's an amazing album, and a really great selection of great songs.

You should really find the translations of the words of the spanish and italian songs, becouse lyrics are incredible. I can speak english, italian and spanish, and I can understand every single word he says on the songs. I say this, becouse the translations I've found around the net are the original songs lyrics, not the translations (I hope you guys understand what I'm trying to say).

If you listen Ognuno Soffre (Everybody Hurts) and you do understand the words, I can garantize that you will shake inside. Same happens with Por Ti Seré (You Rise Me up). Beautiful words for a wonderful melody, interpreteded by the best voice of the hall world.

The only thing I cannot understand is why did he decided to record MY WAY in spanish. The english version, written by Paul Anka, I think, it's much better. Any way, it's a great interpretation, even if is the song I like less of the cd.

I absolutely love One Chance, and I absolutely love Paul. I think he is the best singer and a very special, humble and wonderful person that has changed the life of thousands of persons in the world... specially me.
